Menedez Road Service is always fast, professional, convenient, and friendly. They are conscientious and respond quickly when you are stranded out on the road. Unfortunately, I have had to use them twice in the past 3-5 months or so. Once was for being stranded at the grocery store. My battery had gave up on me. They were able to have my battery replaced.They responded quickly, I didn’t wait long at all. Second time I had two flat tires due to the treacherous streets in Washington DC. The owner was close by that time, and showed up personally to make sure I was OK! Now that is service!! I am a caregiver, have referred them multiple times, due to my positive experiences. They have never disappoint and I continue to receive positive feedback about Menedez Road Service I will continue to recommend them, and use them in the future, should I have the need. They are the best in DMV! Highly recommend!!

Keys locked inside trunk. After 4 hrs on phone with insurance company I was told to contact someone that would take care of the issue and they would reimburse the cost of service. My guy provided Great service, very responsive, excellent communication with a get the job done attitude.
